product A Point in Time is available here for download. You can freely download and install these products on your computer for evaluation. This method allows you to try our products before you purchase them. You can evaluate the single user licensed product for an unlimited amount of time after the installation without any cost or obligation. We only ask that you limit the single user license to one install per company.  Once you've evaluated our products you can expand the user licenses at a nominal fee per user. 

By downloading and installing this software, no matter the license agreement, you agree to the terms outlined in the setup file, and further agree not to distribute, copy (in whole or part of), add features of the software to your own product, or make public in anyway, the software, or any part of the software.

Registered To: Company Name and Licenses Used are plainly displayed on the login page.  Making it obvious, to anyone logging in, as to who has purchased the software and who has the right to use the purchased software.  By using the Login button, you acknowledge that you understand the license agreement and that you know full well who the license belongs to.

Support issues may require a snapshot <alt-PrtScn> of this login screen to accompany any query. 

Company licenses are NOT transferable and are NOT to be used by any other than the purchasing company.

After your order and payment, you will receive security access codes which will allow you to continue using our software and add additional users as you see fit.   You will also have full access to all of our secured areas. 

There is NO difference between the Free - Single User License Version and Registered Version.

    You will NOT need an unzip application (winzip, winrar, winace...) to unpack (unzip) the ZIP package.

Most of the files are large (> 2Mb, A Point in Time > 6Mb) and may take a while to download.

When the download is finished, check that the file size is correct (compare with the specified sizes below).

How to download and Unzip?

 

Downloading and Unzipping

Choose the program and the version you want to download.

A dialog box opens and asks you "What would you like to do with this file". Click on "Save it to disk"

In a second window, choose a directory to save the file. Then click OK.

The download begins. Please be patient and wait until the end of the process.

Important: When done, open the apointintime.exe and unzip into the default folder c:\apointintime.

Installing the Program

There is NO installation executable for 'A Point in Time'.  i.e. No setup.exe or install.exe.

    So if you've unzipped then that's it.

How to Uninstall?

 

From Windows desktop, choose Start/Settings/Control Panel.  For Windows XP users, choose Start/Control Panel.

Control Panel window opens. Double-click on the Add/Remove Programs icon.

A dialog box opens showing a list of previously installed program. Select the program you want to uninstall then choose Remove.

Follow the instructions.
