Super Simple Install
Just unzip then drag-n-drop to a server folder.  Send your users a link to the Whos-In executable and that's it.

Users Add Themselves

With Whos-In unique 'Add Users on the Fly' feature, your users just open Whos-In Pro 2006, then add their own names and off they go.  Administrators return later to apply groups and security if needed.

Force User Shutdown

Just set a switch and watch as users are shut down automatically.  Now your free to maintenance Whos-In Pro 2006 without interruption.  Warnings remind you when you still have Force User Shutdown still turned on.

Super Easy Quick Start

Your administrator will email you a link to Whos-In Pro 2006.  All you have to do is double-click this link and enter your UserID and Name.  That's it!  No waiting for someone to get around to adding you to a list or assign access rights.
 

Status Alerts

Now Whos-In Pro 2006 alerts users when a status changes for someone with whom they want to communicate. Users can see colleagues who are waiting for their own status to change.

Messages

Now Whos-In Pro 2006 allows users to send Send and Receive Post-It™ style notes, with a a real-time monitoring system to let you know when new massages have arrived.  administrators can now monitor the messages and delete them as required.

Status Icons for Screen Saver and Locked Keyboard
