Initialization Procedure
NOTE:
These instructions are for changing the Administrators User Name from 'Barry G. Sumpter' to something more relevant to your evaluation.
You can skip these instructions if you just want to make a quick evaluation.
To skip these instruction and verify the timecard and reports database click here.
Important Note: As a single user evaluation license,
you will NOT be able change the User ID.
You MUST continue to login as User ID: Administrator.
Once you've downloaded and unzipped 'A Point in Time' you can follow these initialization procedure for a quick evaluation.

Execute the admin.exe file from the unzip folder we selected earlier.

Wait for the admin splash screen to initialize.

You'll be asked to enter a User ID and Password.
As you can see here, the User ID defaults to the current
Windows user id.

Important: As a single user evaluation you MUST login as:
User ID: Administrator
Password: bgs
Important Note: As a single user evaluation license,
you will NOT be able change the User ID.
You MUST continue to login as User ID: Administrator.
Then select Login.

Admin should already have two users set up.
One is the default 'Administrator'.
The other is a NewUser account.
We use the NewUser account to define the default properties for any other new user.
Lets edit the Administrator User Name to reflect your name.
Just click on the Administrator account and select the Edit button.

Change the User Name.
And change the Password if you want.
Then select OK to continue.

You should receive this confirmation.

And
we return to the Admin main screen and can see that the User Name has been changed to Melvin Glick.
