few scenarios to consider.
How would you like to use your
purchased licenses?
1) Most companies have a
single office with a single license.
They would start with a Single
Server License, then purchase
Additional Users Upgrades.
If you have already purchased the
Single Server License (which usually
includes 10 users), could you please
be ready to send your original
license number?
2) Also, as some companies
have two different offices, they
would order 2 different licenses,
separated, to have a license at each
office. This would give you two
separate Server Licenses each having
10 users.
3) So, If you’ve already
purchased the Single Serve License,
and just want 20 Additional Users.
We can send you a license for 30
users (once we receive proof of
Single Serve License). i.e. The
originally purchased Single Server
License (of 10 users ) Plus the 20
Additional Users.
4) However, If you have NOT
purchased the Single Server License,
and just want 20 Users,
then we will send you a License for
20 Users. i.e. The Single
Server License (of 10 users ) Plus
the 10 Additional Users.
Consider these options, (yes it is a
bit confusing so don't be shy about
asking for clarification), and we’ll get
this sorted out so we can send you
your license(s) ASAP.
