I have many years of experience creating real-world solutions
for business needs, and I am happy to share the benefits of that experience with
you. Often you'll find developers who think that the end user needs to fit the
way that technology works. I believe that technology must fit the way the end
user works. I have spent my entire career finding ways to make people's lives
easier. I will take the time to really listen to you and understand your goals,
so that I may provide the most helpful advice possible.
This includes assistance with setting up various types of
hardware including computers, printers, modems, scanners, etc. It also includes
help with specific errors or problems you might have with your hardware or software.
I have a wide range of experience with different programs and computer systems,
so chances are if you're having a computer related problem, I've seen it before
and can help resolve it for you quickly!
Do you need help with MS Office products such as Word, Excel,
Access, or PowerPoint? Would you like to learn how to use the Internet more
effectively for your business? Perhaps you recently bought a digital scanner and
would like some pointers for creating terrific scanned photos? These are examples
of the kinds of things that I can teach you!
These days, the number of choices available to consumers can
be terribly overwhelming. Even once you've selected a specific computer model, often
there is a dizzying array of decisions that need to be made: how much RAM and hard
drive space do you need? What kind of monitor will work best for your situation?
Do you need a network card, and if so what kind? What version of the operating system
is right for you? I can provide expert assistance in making these selections, as
well as helping you to choose the best software applications to meet your goals
AND your budget!
My experience goes far beyond simple technical skills.
If needed, I can help you create marketing materials or provide "copy" for your
web site or advertising. I can assist with personal software training or other
public speaking engagements from one-on-one sessions to large groups. I can even
help you improve your current business processes and policies. In short, if you

I have found that most clients prefer to receive bids on a
per-project rather than per-hour basis, and just as each project is unique to
that client's situation, so too are the costs involved. However, one of my
personal pet peeves is when a web site doesn't provide any pricing
information, so you can review a listing of my standard rates
if you'd like.
