The following block rates may be used as a guide for pricing the
adhoc services that I provide (all amounts are in US $). Block hours are
designed to help small business to "pay as you go". Block hours are paid
in advance and all remaining hours are kept "on the books" as credit. 90%
of my clients start with the 10 hour block. Which allows us to get to know
each other. And allows me to prove that I can deliver and provide a
service the client can rely upon. Without substantial risk to the client
of myself. The client then moves to the 100 hour block rate for a
substantial savings. If the client runs out of revenue or is not satisfied
with the progress, the client can opt out by simply not purchasing any further
block hours. Or perhaps the client wishes to postpone development until
further notice. Not a problem. Just let me know. All work
performed is owned by the client and will be given to the client at milestones
or upon client request at any time.
I'm happy to perform computer related research,
large database conversions, report writing, OCR services, tutoring, and organize
other services at an hourly rate. These rates are my contracting rates for
my services. Any additional expenses are the clients responsibility.
i.e. web hosting, Internet Service Provider, travel, software or hardware
purchases, or any other service NOT directly provided by me.

I strive to provide custom solutions for your specific needs. However, web
sites do typically fall into one of several broad categories depending on the
general requirements for the project. These are guidelines for your reference

With web projects in particular, there are often additional costs
beyond initial development that you must consider. For your reference, here are
some of the most common "extra fees" you may encounter. I do not provide
these services directly (though I can help you get these services from others)
so these are approximations only and subject to change. Don't forget, if you are
establishing a new web site for your business, you may also wish to reprint
your business stock (letterhead, business cards, etc.) to feature your new web
site and e-mail addresses!
| OTHER TYPICAL COSTS |
| Domain Registration |
$35/year |
| Web Site Hosting |
$100/year to $600+/year |

The following hourly rates may be used as a guide for pricing the
various services that I provide (all amounts are in US $). Please keep in mind
that it is possible to obtain a quote for an entire project rather than an hourly
rate. Based on my many years of experience I am often able to provide very fast
turnaround which results in high quality work at very reasonable prices! Also, when
developing a specific price quote, I often substantially discount these hourly rates
based on the size of the project. Again, for the most accurate figures please
request a quote for your specific project at one of my pages for
Web Design, Software,
or Consulting.
